I keep running across all sorts of calculators on the Internet, but don't know what the displacement of my engine is, so can't use them.
I have a 383 bored .40 over. What size is my motor, please?
Sixty-eights look great and the '69 is fine.

It's an easy calculation. Bore times bore times .7854 times stroke, times the number of cylinders. Using your specs, it's as follows:

4.29 X 4.29 X .7854 X 3.375 X 8 = 390.37265, or 390 cu. inches.

Very cool - well, kinda. My engine runs great, but seems like it should be a bit quicker for an engine THAT big. :drive:
