69 Vinyl Top Trim Placement

As mentioned, I am in the process of repainting my 69 and will be installing a vinyl top.  I have found the correct chrome trim but am concerned at finding the correct locations to drill holes for the chrome trim.  Who likes drilling holes, especially in the roof??  Does anybody know of a good way of doing this.  Is there templates anywhere?
