Hubcap Restoration

My car's hubcaps are in need of some attention. The center pieces have craters and pitting all through the potmetal where the dodge logo is. Can the pits be ground out, and filled with anything? Will silver solder stick to pot metal?

The stainless portion of the caps are fine, but the blacked-out areas could use paint as well. Masking off the area looks like it would be a nightmare. Seems like a dream I saw somebody who sold pre-cut masking kits for repainting Mopar hubcaps. This sound familiar to anybody? Also, where the heck would one obtain the correct color paints for the red center-pieces in a rattle-can?
Thanks!
