69 with AC Blower Motor question

I am about to put my blower motor back in, but I think something may be wrong with my motor. With the cage removed, I can barely spin the motor by hand. When I hook up power to it, it spins fine. I'm just wondering if the motor has bad bearings or something.

 could be starting to seize  ,

got my AC heaterbox out  with a rebuilt motor ,  because !!   just fitted a standard non AC heaterbox with a new  blower motor from four seasons , & that was quite stiff to turn with out cage
