While doing the ammeter bypass work, I found these wires just hanging free in the dash area.  I traced them back to a connector located behind the kick panel by the E-brake.  From there it looks like they go under the sill plate towards the rear of the car.  The wires are black/green and are joined together up to the connector. Any thoughts on what they do?  I have a wiring diagram but can't seem to find these guys.

Thanks, Russ

The wires that go under my sill plate go to the console and the trunk light plus the tail lights (thick cable).
