Can anyone post a picture of the correct location for the horns on a 1974 Dodge Charger?

one on each fender, underneath the hood adjustable bumper bolt, behind the headlights bracket. You'll find a hole for the screw and a tiny hole for the bracket key on fender. Will try to grab a pic from... somewhere in the web. Not easy since nobody takes care of that area
Venezuelan RT 74 400 4bbl, 727, 8.75 3.23 open. Now stroked with 440 crank and 3.55 SG. Here is the History and how is actually: http://www.dodgecharger.com/forum/index.php/topic,7603.0/all.html

OK, check on left bottom corner, you can see the horn... the black bolt on top of fender is the bolt for it. You'll find the tiny hole for the bracket key around. Can't recall if thats the hi or low horn, but bracket itself will take you to the right one.

Both sides the same

Yes, one each fender. You can't see it in that/those pics but there are 2 holes.  A little one and larger one. The small is for the guide/notch pictured here.

This is exactly what I needed. Thank you.

Nacho, I am looking to replace my non working horn in my 74 Charger, I've had it since 77, and as I recall back in my younger days I replaced the horn because it quit working around 80 ish, I just went to the bone yard and grabbed one off a mopar of some vintage and it worked for years. I decided it was time to replace it and looking thru classic found a pair of horns. And I ran across this thread talking about horn placement. My question is did all 74 Chargers have dual horns, I went and looked at mine after seeing the above pics and can see a mark on the drivers side where mine was mounted but it does not look like it ever had one on the other side. I cannot find a wire in the passenger side to plug into the horn either. Or did it come across in front of the radiator from the horn on the driver side. I got out my build sheet and fender tag and do not see anything about dual horns anywhere. What do you know about the subject?

Interesting, 73 and 74 are different.
73 says standard on SE and Charger, extra on coupe. Comes in "Deluxe Pkg" only.
74 says single is standard across the board.

thank you for the responses, now I need to find one horn instead of two, any ideas in who might have an original or one that looks original??

Collision book says 2808869 is high note, 2808868 is low.  Same horns as back in 67 up through.
According to the 74 parts book it should be the low.
