Couple pictures I have of it

69_500

Perfect color combo to go with my 500. My bank account just will not allow it just yet. Getting closer, just not yet.

A383Wing

wonder how much voltage and amperage drop there is while cranking the engine due to where the negative battery cable is connected?

Rear defogger! Is that pretty rare? Mine has one, and I figured it was probably a pretty rare option, but maybe not as rare as I thought?

Rear defog is a rare option.  It also pointed to the top of the rear window on the 500 and Daytona so it wasn't very effective.

It will be interesting to see what the market is on this one. Seems like this one is in a bit better shape than the F6 one a few months back. I like it as it is an original Canadian Daytona so it is extra cool :coolgleamA:

Mine too......I think a bunch of the Canada destined cars had them......and a block heater as well

WINGMAN

I read someplace  that ALL 50 Daytonas that were shipped to Canada were equipped with rear defroster. I had a 69 500 that had it, only cleaned the top part of the backlight. (Wingman).

I wouldn't say that all of the Canadian Daytonas had the rear defog, but a lot of them did.

414639 is an example of a car that has the (N25) Engine Block Heater and (F56) -35 Antifreeze but not the (H31) Rear Window Defogger-Blower.   414666 has F56 and H31 but not N25.  Go figure.

What is the small sticker on the inside of the decklid?   A Canadian requirement or were they on all Daytonas?  Also, there appears to be a screw holding down the corner of the rear window trim?

A383Wing

yea, I saw that screw also....  :scratchchin:

Sticker was added.......according to PCG site....." (1963-1967 Chrysler, Dodge, Plymouth super stock cars)
Decal is located on inside of glove box door. No confirmation that these decals were ever used on any cars except super stock. Red print on white vinyl, with sharp lettering. Part # 2750652

Screws on the rear window trim - someone had problems with the trim and that was their solution.

97K? I would do that. I bet the price they want is much higher.
