I thought you meant the 240kph speedo but 74 Coronet SE's are not all that common up here either.

I think 74 Coronets "SEs" were model assemblied just down here.

were rally clusters an option on 71-74 Coronets up there ?

OK, then confirmed, just here were available only on 74... some of them in fact ( first ones coming out from assembly line ) were 400 equipped with 4 bbls I think. I know an owner of one of them ( already sold ). He actually is restoring a 70 Cuda.

The Coronet Brougham in the '71 Charger/Coronet dealer brochure clearly shows a ralley cluster. The tachometer (N85) was optional on the Brougham and Crestwood. If there was no ralley (rallye?) cluster available where did it go?

A poster in this thread states that he had a 71 Coronet with rallye dash and 150mph speedo:
