Science is just observation and hypothesis.  Policy stands in the way.........

Or maybe it protects us.

I suppose it depends on the specific case.....

I was wondering about that myself.  I don't know of another place to look.  hopefully someone here will know.

The one below it?  "1969 383 and 440 4-Barrel"  I cannot tell how long the snorkels are on that one compared to the other.

Looks like the same one I have around
Tried it on my 70 but would not clear the hood as the 440 had an aftermarket intake on it
next project 70 Charger FJ5 green

I know for sure it's not a 70 style air cleaner.....

Sublime/Sixpack

It looks identical to the air cleaner that came on my early build (August '68) 1969 383 Super Bee.
1970 Sublime R/T, 440 Six Pack, Four speed, Super Track Pak

I'd say it's a '67 440 with Clean Air Package.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

the 67 doesn't have the flat indent in the front of the lid between the snorkels

Just for some more info, the snorkels on mine are 6.5" long, and there is a stamp on the lid that reads "EME 28"

This one does.....needed to clear the A/C compressor when used.

That is a different indent.
