Welcome back! What's the status of the Charger?

Hello again. I know what it is like to take time off from the project and the internet.  The good thing about a car is that you can completely ignore it for long periods of time and it will just sit there and wait for you on your terms!!!!

Hey that reminds me of a joke.
If you want to see who loves you the most,  Put your woman and your dog in the trunk and leave them there for an hour. Then open the trunk to see who is the most happy to see you.   :smilielol:

Well, my Son started playing Tball a few years ago and now plays little league baseball. I got so caught up in this sport and the club he plays for, I am now the President  ::) So that has taken pretty much all of my spare time.

Hi all,

It has been a while. My son still plays baseball and is quite good. He has his sites on a pathway to college ball in the US in a few years. He is old enough to help me work on the old girl.

I have bitten the bullet and now have a sizeable "shopping cart" at summit racing and elsewhere to start the rebuild (just have to figure out a cheap way to get it from USA to AUS). I have a body guy looking at starting work on it soon. I'm starting to get a little bit excited I even started to "dig" it out of its resting place (mind all the dust  :icon_smile_big:)

Well, work has started on the old girl again. My son has been a great help. I even got my dad helping me so we had 3 generations working on the car. It has been great. My son prepared and painted the sub frame connectors I had made and he has enjoyed stripping the paint of the fenders.

Once all the paint is off, the body guy I have will come and get it to take over the rest. Unfortunately he is heavily booked so it will be with him for a while

The sub frame connectors my lad did

And a photo of my son 10 years ago "working" on the car   . At least now he is actually productive
