Anyone in Ca get a call from " Emergency Communication Systems Of America"today?

  I got a call from this number...  Came up on my phone as Emergency Comm...  That sparked my interest...  Just the word "Emergency" caught my attention...  Was wondering if anyone knew what this was?  Very odd call.  They have no address listed anywhere in the outlets I have to find addresses...   What's even more odd is that there is NO info on the net about these folks either...   I guess it's a new way to contact the masses, and they were testing???
