I saw this on another forum.   This Neon  is claimed to be the last Plymouth-brand car ever built.   
Lots of documentation and an interesting backstory.

I don't get it. On the order list it states 14" tire but 15" wheel covers?


Per Allpar, the VIN for that last Neon made is VIN 1P3AS46C61D304662
