Gotta get some of these coolio mufflers and a Daytona to fit them TOO to!

Us Brits are 'locked-out' of the Hotrod site for some Euro Bullshit excuse? :scratchchin: :scratchchin: :scratchchin:
Anyone got the article in another format?

If any of you folks has an unwanted Daytona going CHEEP, then this Limey would love to have it PLEASE... :slap: :slap: :slap:

Stupid question time?

Who is the guy in the pic and is he supposed to be there???
Guessing he's a quarterback or an ex-President...

Jim Radke I believe, that Hemi Daytona was featured in an issue of hot rod magazine (September 1978?) in that paint scheme. That car is now restored to its original green color. Which in my opinion is too bad! It looked soooo cool in the petty blue/red paint scheme, it's "famous" configuration so to speak.
If ever I did a clone, I would copy that paint job exactly.

Then and now pics: 1978 Hot Rod magazine photos, now...green :eek2:

Thats not Jim, It was his car though. I agree 100% that it was way cooler as a street freak.
