I noticed the wrong air cleaner then the right one later on but just figured it was at different times in the car's life

Has anyone seen this car lately and what is the general consensus on it? Not restored. Bur condition of paint and body. The pictures show the date of the engine block, but I cant read the month, so it numbers matching?

Also with all the Daytonas coming up at Kissimmee, the price for this seems like it might go up or down, depending on the prices fetched at that auction. Most of those looked like restored trailer queens though.

Good spot  !    i never even noticed that either      thought the same  !  70 & later air cleaner  & heat take off  was prolly added  for some reason it the cars past ,   yep E Body   never even noticed that  also the second engine casting picture  is prolly for the 70 Ebody too  too  also has the 70 heatriser manifold , have marked the ebody pictures save any confusion .

think the month digit is a 2 or a 4 although if so that digit is lower than the rest of the casting date numbers , from  where i'm looking , sure it was up for sale last year sometime

Noticed two things:

1. The fender tag looks like numerous coats of paint have been applied.

2. There's only one decent shot of the engine compartment that shows where the Daytona Latch Tray is supposed to be. This doesn't look like what we remember our's looked like. Maybe the photo in question is for the "E" Body.

Save your money. Smart money folks are predicting a recession and the Fed is working overtime to get one going full bore. Brandon ain't helping either with his wild spending: $1,700,000,000,000.00 in one spending bill plus all the others already passed since he took office. So much for the American $Dollar$
