Evening Folks.

It's Friday night here on the east coast and I'm watching the auction.  Is it me or are the numbers down?  A really nice 68 Superbee just sold for 53K.  A 94 Viper sold for 47K. A 67 Hemi Coronet R/T went for 65K.  70 Challenger R/T in Panther Pink hammered for 56K.  Of course I'm not at the auction actually looking at these cars but the numbers seem low to me. 

I like to see the cars and guess what the hammer price will be (it's cheap entertainment).  There was a VW bus that sold for 47K.  I thought that would have sold for a LOT more. There were some 50's Cadillacs that seemed to sell at (almost) reasonable prices.  Maybe it's just me....

Thoughts?

The auctions usually put their best cars on either Fri night, prime time, or on Sat.
