Is there a difference between the rear frame rails on a 71-72 and a 73-74? I cant find any numbers in my service manual, and i do not have a 71 or 72 to measure against my 74.

The differences are just on some provisions but not on size or shapes.

Stuff like the bumper guard brackets provision, where 74 is way diff than earliers, or the sway bar brackets holes (unexistant on 71 as far I recall)

Moparmark is aware on more details about them.

The provisions wont matter to me. I am looking into a triangulated 4 link system, but they say they only fit 71 and 72. I think i can make it fit my 74, but wanted to get an idea how much modification i would need.

If its too much, i will just build my own system.

Russ, I'm pretty sure no differences at all on what you need.

Maybe they mention the diff due the isolation system, but that's on springs and axle setup as you know, not really on frame rails.

We have talked about the 71/74 rear frame rails "differences" at FBBO. If I find the thread will forward you the link.

I wouldnt be shocked if they know the difference as being the iso system. That was my thoughts too.

Thanks Nacho!
