When you sprayed the clear, what amount of overlap did you spray? I've been told that with matte clear, you are supposed to do a 75% overlap instead of the traditional 50% that you do with paint.

I really like the look of your house and the greenery and trees there. What a beautiful looking place to live!

Thank you! that paint I used was a single stage Hot Rod black that I picked up for about $150 on Amazon for both the paint and activator. It was sprayed at 50% overlap, total of 3 coats.  I was really impressed with how well it sprayed, I could have used a quart and it would have been fine. 

Thanks for the mention on the house, looks great this time of year when everything is green although I just cut the grass way too short yesterday so it will probably turn brown in the heat
