I have an SD Concepts serpentine belt system, and it has the water pump rotating counterclockwise. Is it possible to run the flow Kooler pump with this setup? The vanes appear to be straight, and I was hoping to get more coolant flow. I have reached out to Flow Kooler via email and phone calls and haven't heard anything, that's why I figured I would ask here. Mancini Racing shows it to be clockwise rotation, does anyone have any real-world experience with ccw rotation? Thank you.

Actually that's a great idea. I would order it from them to get it at Carlisle. I will call them tomorrow and ask.

Called them today, they're going to bring some to Carlisle. I'll look at them there and decide then. Won't be the first impeller I ever looked at!

That is a very interesting question.
People often say that when they don't have an answer.  :eek2:  I'm right there with you though, it seems like it should work in either direction.
