Carb Pop, Barry Grant Demon 750

Hi Everyone,

I'm actually on my father's account, since the car has been passed down to me. He suggested I turn here for help. The car sat for a couple of years and wasn't started. Before it came to me, couple of items were done, new plugs, coil, spark plug wires and timing. I rebuilt the carb with new gaskets, power valve, front accelerator pump diaphragm (rear seemed ok at the time) 

Problem I'm having is popping from the carb still persists. I've cycled in a couple of full clean gas. I ordered two new diaphragms after some more searching, but before I pulled carb again, I took some video of them operating, Front and rear video are on the google drive link, along with a video of driving when pressing the gas and the issue happening.

When I press on the front accelerator pump, instead of a nice steady stream, its more a dump of fuel, in the rear, it comes out as a nice stream. Am I looking at the wrong thing? or is this the culprit?

Thanks again for any and all help, have gotten all the other issues that have come up settled, but this one still a pain in the side.
