Anyone have any history on this one?
Appears to last have been registered in NY in 2019

Anyone going to be at auction to check it out in person?
Curious is body VINs are there ( rad support and trunk lip)

I'd go but I'm wanted by the Southlake TX judicial clown system, which has an active arrest warrant for me. Best I stay away.

The bird looks great. We prefer red and orange. No question, the subject Bird has a bright color and looks fantastic.

Are you going to Texas to see and possibly bid on it? Wishing you the best of luck.

Wanted ay? Yes stay away by all means! 😉

No can't go hence looking for someone to put eyes on it.
It may be the bird that had a serious front end accident,  so wanted to know how front end looked in person

Hi  WINGIN IT,

It's a crazy deal. Received a call from a Southlake cop I knew telling me the Southlake Muni Court had an arrest warrant for me and that I should call the court. Thanked him for his head's up, called the court to find out what the BS was. Told me I failed to appear in court, don't remember the date. Asked what this was about. I was told I failed to appear for a hearing on a building code violation that the court had levied a $2,500.00 fine for "Failure to Appear." Asked how was I supposed to know I was to appear. They said I was notified. Asked how I was notified; they said either by Certified or Registered Mail. I then said if that's the case I would have had to sign for it. They said yes. I asked if they had my signature on file? They looked in their records and said: "NO, but that doesn't matter, you still owe us $2500.00 for failure to appear." I asked how was I to know I had to appear when I wasn't notified?" She said that doesn't matter, you still owe us $2500.00. Said "Fat chance of me sending you $2500.00, what are my options?" She said send the money, hire a lawyer to appear for you, appear yourself or just ignore it as it's only a Class "C" Misdemeanor. I told her I choose the latter.

The warrant is active and is BS as long as I'm never caught in Texas. I have no reason to go back there so they can stuff the summons where the sun doesn't shine.

Periodically I get post cards from them With a big sign on the front stating "Wanted For Arrest." It goes in the shredder along with the notice from some Legal Firm Collection Agency threatening me with arrest.

My crime: I had a Pod in my driveway without their permission. Never knew one had to have the court's permission to move.

That's ridiculous, and sounds just like a money grab to me.

Hi WINGIN IT,    19 Oct 2025

You nailed it !!! The only thing the City of Southlake TX cares about is extracting as much money as they can from anyone in town subject to their jurisdiction. Money grubbers.

Glad I'm gone from there; have no reason to ever go back.

Muchas gracias mi amigo,
