i was talking to a mopar guy and i described how my car came from the factory and he said that sounds like a rare car. Again my car does not look stock....

what do you guys think?

383 4 barrel

thank you

Not many had the head rests in 68 so that makes it a little different than most 68 Chargers

The one option I think is pretty rare is cruise control, my '68 had it...never saw another.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

Even fewer probably had the rear shoulder belts.

I seen a 1968 383 Gold Dodge Charger with the factory trailer towing package. Car came with 2898 048 radiator(hemi) and factory automatic transmission cooler with lines. Exact set up like my 1968 dodge hemi car with radiator and transmission cooler. I was told by owner the receiver hitch came from the factory. I did not see the build sheet and forgot to check the fender tag for a rear hitch stamped on fender tag. Never ever seen another 383 car set up like that car.Bob Horman
