Last I'd heard from him, YEARS ago, he had to sell the Charger to pay the export fee for him and his family to leave to go to Spain. Hopefully he's doing well.

Yes I'm in Spain since 2018.

I'm still owning my Charger. Is still in Venezuela in pieces but already painted. Waiting to get some other details finished to go to Venezuela, reassembly it and take it with me to Spain if posible yet.

Yes my Mom and brother are in Vzla. My Mom is with some health problems and my Brother is also with some mental issues. There is a thread about that where I posted a GoFundMe link requesting some financial help for my mom. Scrolling down you'll find it.

I haven't talk with them yesterday or today but I know they are OK about the Bombing stage in Caracas. Home is not close to the attacked areas. The closets attacked area is maybe 8-10 km away from home.

Not really on my plans. My goal since I was a kid was to live in Spain. Under diff familiar/personal cicunstances however, but that was my goal.

My move here is more than the political/economic situation in Venezuela. Aside that, the poor quality life, insecurity, corruption etc... has been allways a deal there. Not just because Chávez/Maduro. They were a consequence of the problems in Venezuela, not a cause. They increased the problems adding more specially on last 15 years but problems were already there.

May this fix the problems? Who knows. Being honest, just a few ppl is happy by the Trump movement. I meant, everybody is happy because Maduro is out and on Jail althought there are still the worst Rats in the Nest (Diosdado Cabello is the worst of all and the real head on this) but not everybody is with Trump or they way it was made. But after all the tries made from inside with all the ppl died (killed by the government), on jail or out of the country and the passivity of the international institutions we are clear this was probably the only way to do it. Is just that this should be made from inside.

As I said, here are confronting international legality against justice... or real humanity reasons againts economical interests.

The tipical EE.UU. stereotypes are being uncovered over the table. Thankfully this was a better and cleaner operation than back in 1989 with Noriega in Panamá (sure we have now better technologies than 30 years ago)

My personal opinion is this was made with some kind of internal collaboration. It was extremely clean to not be in that way.

Aaaaaand, most of us don't like or trust Trump not because the political wing, but because he is a megalomaniac just like Chavez was.

Yes, but no... is not that easy. I don't pretend to get deeper into this because it could become into a political discussion but there is also laws that not just the poors and weak must follow.

Began the persecution in Venezuela. New prisionera are being taken. Will see more tortures. Press members and anybody suspicious of have been collaborating... or ppl who has been celebrating the Maduro's capture.

Armed "Bolivarian" Militians are making control points on streets checking cell phones to the ppl searching for. Any kind of signal of opposition.

More hard and dark days are in the near future.
