Mad Magazine had a segment years back using a picture of Walter Cronkite reading the "News". The theme of the segment was What newscasters say.....then what it actually means.
One of the lines was Early reports indicated that... then right next to that was...Early reports were wrong!

The sweet little mother of three who innocently lost her life because of a "rogue ICE agent" as the media has put it was not what you think she is. Apparently she had trained...went through actual training to be a disruptor. They referred to her as the ICE WARRIOR and she had been coached on how to obstruct ICE, how to distract ICE, how to warn other people where ICE was, and was a "group leader" for other protesters! She was an activist, she was paid and trained to do what she was doing when she got shot! She has three kids... she had already lost custody of two of them because apparently she was a s***** mother!
So she's not some sweet little innocent poet who relocated for a better life and oh boo hoo hoo she was an insurrectionist and according to news reports this morning she was very good at her job! So stop with the boo-hoos and the crying and the faux outrage and the righteous indignation! The woman was a disruptor and a paid agitator and sadly she f***** around and found out!

Idiots that read just the headline are often shocked and dismissive when the backstory contradicts what the media first reports.
My mother married a guy that turned out to be a closeted Liberal. EVERY political argument this dork started was met with strong evidence that his media got the story wrong. He would say..."That isn't what they say on the news" as if CNN and The View were iron clad sources. EACH time he was proven wrong, he'd huff and puff, then change the subject. By the time COVID came along, mom had passed and we had no contact with the guy but I'd swear that he would have been a mask wearer in his own car, triple stabbed with a BS vax card, swearing that CNN told him he was doing the right thing. Guess what? The protocols have been proven to have been wrong, the source of it was misreported, the "cure" was more harm than good and most of the reactions to the outbreak were way overblown.....like SOME people had claimed from the start, including me.
These idiots are too stubborn to actually accept that the media bullshitted them and that they were not smart enough to see through it.
LOOK BEYOND THE HEADLINE and you'll find that there is always more to the story.

The defenders of the dyke are citing the video that clearly shows the Honda's wheels pointing right, away from  the ICEman, so he was in no danger of being hit. Problem is, he couldn't see the wheels and any forward motion would logically be perceived as an attempt to ram him, so his actions were justifiable self-defense to him.

Monday morning quarterbacks will continue to judge the action from their political perspective...physics be damned.
