Where can I find the Rear Sway Bar bushing kits for a 74? I've checked all the parts stores locally and online.
All I really need are the ones that connect to the mounting plates by the leaf springs. I was just thinking as
I was typing this, what are the odds of finding something at a hardware store? Everything i find is for the front
sway bar and not the rear. Any ideas?

Thanks

the ones what attachs to frame are the same than front 71/72 U shaped. Several cars/brands use the same. they are not hard to find.

the square ones are also similar if not the same to the square 73/74 front ones, but to install new ones you need to drill the rods welded points brackets to replace and then weld again, or make a complete drill job and replace with bolts.

The rods to plate ones, can be used the same replacement parts to the front rods, even you can use also the front uppers shocks absorvers ones... if you are looking for exactly the right ones, bradsnosparts have them. I'll try to localize them for you

Thanks nacho. I will check out that link. I spent a couple hours last night at the parts store going thru
different kits including the ones for the front end, and all the bushings where to tall. The rod would have to have been
another 1/2 inch longer.

Thanks

The link I posted is the direct link to buy the right NOS ones to the rear sway bar rods. Kit includes washers and nuts
