steering column restoration

Hell all Im sorry to bother/hastle you people with this post,but I saw a gentleman who offered complete restroations on steering columns,and he had one for sale for a "70 floor shift car"..
Does anyone one know this mans name,or his contact infromation so I can get my wheel restored to new condition?? Or if anyone has one from this gentleman who would like to sell theirs would be greatly honored..
