It's not. That same picture was in an issue of Maxim Magazine and they confirmed it was a fake as well as a couple other pictures.

Hey Wakko, You ever accidentally hit a cat while driving your cruiser? It use to happen to me every so often when I worked third shift. Especially when going with emergency equipment on. They bounce off the plastic bumper like tennis balls. I know you have had it happen. Birds do the same thing.

  Before everyone gets mad at me. It was not intentional. I would never hurt a kitty or bird on purpose. When the unintentional event occured I just happened to pay attention to the trajectory.

my spouse had a 24 pound orange tom cat when we met.  he died of diabetes.  then we got the "replacement" cat who was also a orange tom cat and he is pushing 18 lbs..... the next time i'm in the sack ready to make my move and that little (big) bastard jumps up on the bed a ruins it for me he's going for a car ride!!   ........  hehe... just kidding..
