I noticed that when I hook up battery when I usually hook up last cable (positive after negative) it gives mini spark which is normal in this case it doesnt give that mini spark. And after cranking and then disconnecting battery again battery cable contacts/clamps felt warm. What this might be?

It's drawing a high load someplace.  When it's cranking does it sound like it's trying to start but as soon as you let the key off to the run position, it dies?

Pull the coil wire out of the dist and hold it about a 1/4 inch from a good ground with a pair of insulated pliers.  Crank it over and see if you have spark.

I would check all the battery cable connections as well as any starter connections. see if anything is loose. I've seen stranger things happen.

Mostly Ignition switch damaged, or loosen wires down the column ( blue line ) or bulkhead conector.

mine did the exact same thing at the beginning of the year and it was the wire going from the coil+ to a small white box (resistor i think?) on the firewall. replaced the wire and it's fine.

This white box?

Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

It's always a good idea to carry a spare resistor with you. ;)

konigcharger

:iagree: i always carry a spare, the have a tendency to break at the worst times

If you have no vision or creative spirit, you can always fall back on the way the factory did it.
