Hey, thats what mine looks like also.  My lowers have cosmoline on it as well.

That looks perfect! The only think I hope to do different than you is to powdercoat the componants instead of paint and install the engine and transmission along with the K-member.

Looks great , as the owner of a small powdercoat company I agree the stuff is pretty tough , although on bare alum and steel , when they're supposed to be natural I glass bead then use a stainless brush and then use satin clear and the part looks like as cast , cast grey looks fake and thick looking . As far as installing engine and trans with k-member , its a no brainer , its like giving a cave-man matches ?????????????
