what size torsion bar is the 778?

I am trying to find out what diameter torsion bar the factory numbered 778 was?  I have a friend who is interested in buying them but dealer parts book is not giving me the diameter size.

Any help would be appreciated.  Also, what is a fair price or going rate for original torsion bars?
