These just came out in big 1/18 scale.  Opening hood and trunk, wired Hemi, detailed race interior.  If you'd like one, see the ad in the Garage Sale section on the board.

Are they going to make a diecast for every one of the winged cars that raced? And hey Doug, when are they going to ever do any of the 500's? Or are they not planning on doing those ever?

Aero426

Last I heard, they were going to do a bunch of Charger 500 race cars.  The #71, #22 and #99 Goldsmith car.

I won't be wronged, I wont be Insulted and I wont be laid a hand on. I don't do these things to others, and I require the same from them.

When they start rolling out the 500's, I'll start rolling them into my office.

Question?

Have they ever put out (or plan to put out) large scale die-casts of the Ford Aero cars?  I have a bunch of 1/64th scale and they just released Petty's Torino in 1/24th that I know of.

Nothing in 1/18 is coming that I know of.  There initially were going to be a whole series of the 1/24 race Talladegas, but I've heard nothing else other than the Petty car.   With the tooling done, you would think there will be more to come.   It's been years just to get the #43 car done since the initial announcement.

Well now that they have made one, making the rest of the Talladega's shouldn't be that hard. It took forever for them to make the first Diecast of a Daytona. Since then however there have been a ton done.
