adjusting Camber

I just rebuilt the front end my car.
I have very noticable negative camber on the passenger side.
I know it may seem wierd that I can't figure this out but it confuses me how to adjust to the 0 degree that is reccomended.

I just need to get close so I can drive to the alignment shop.

Rotate the eccentric bolts that go through the upper control arm bushings.

It's not a midlife crisis, it's my second adolescence.

the upper bolts need to outward to move the upper ball joint outward to correct camber
