Is $300-$350 a fair deal for recovering front buckets? I already have the new covers and seats are out of the car and seatbacks are already removed.

I've gotten 2 estimates so far in my area, seems high to me.

Hell yeah that's High, my friend does upholstery he does front seats that he makes the covers for, for $400.00 I don't know your location but that's HIGH

Do them yourself !

if you already have the covers THAT'S PRETTY HIGH. Is pretty much a half day job even if they have to remove seats. Is just an stretching covers job all around the seats.

I paid around $200 for redo the seats INCLUDING COVERS :D... orf course I live in anoter country so prices relation never will be the same.

I have a friend of mine who is in NY state and is a huge mopar fanatic.  He is an upholsterer.  He also started making his own door panels and seat covers too.  If you want, I can give you his info.  Just send me a PM.

If you have the covers already and don't need foam low end shops charge about $75 pre seat. Hight end shops about $100 to $125 pre seat.

It depends on what all they do. If they sand blast your frames and paint them, restore all the mechanical parts, replace your foam and recover them I'd say that's a good deal.

Thanks all. I found a good shop here in Atlanta to do them for $250, including some minor foam and frame work. I'll post picks of my new black interior when it's all done.

Thats not a bad deal, I paid $250 to do my front buckets back and install carpet on my 68, the same guy charged me $180 to install a headliner on my 73, I already had the liner and carpet and covers for both cars.

:popcrn:    Good to know, a dam mouse ate a hole in my back seat right in the middle of the upper back   :'(   :flame:    They were almost new, I have been wondering how much it would cost to just get new upholstery, as I wouldn't mind changing the kind they are, if I have to now anyways.   I now have six mousetraps in the car, little punk mouse, pisses me off.   sad

Why would you want anything else?  Just give me a Charger and I'll be happy.

I put the sticky traps in my floor boards and every once in a while I get an uninvited guest in my car, but they only visit once.

If I remember correctly I paid $1200 for the 2 front sets and the back.  Not covers, hand made.

Expensive, yes. Worth every penny, Yes.  They are amazing.

Wow, I bet it looks great. Got any pics?
