ds440,

Much thanks man, that's exactly what I was looking for. You nailed the stance too! I really appreciate it.

Two door. Sort of has the lines of a BMW M3 race car, (M3 with body kit) except the grill.

rather have M3 over that any day

you should photo shop that limelight 72 with the super bee hood scoop from 69 and big g machine rims with blacked out hood and like the 69 six pack decal put scat pack. or other mopar scoops and a arr cuda spoiler just wondering how to detail mine

ds440

Here's the limelight '72:

-'69 Six Pack scoop with "Scat Pack"
-blacked out hood
-AAR spoiler
-I'm not 100% sure what "big g machine" rims are, so I left a set of rallyes on there.

1968 Charger R/T, 440 auto.

ds440

Got another request:

'71 R/T or Bee.

-T5 Copper with a white top
-White interior
-Black hood treatment/RT stripe
-Chrome bumpers

You didn't specify if you wanted a spoiler or not.  The image I had of a '71 had both front and rear, so I left them.  Hope this helps. ;)

Thank you, ds440. That is exactly what I wanted!

In the early '80s I had a T-5 '69 Charger R/T SE with a white top.
Then in the '90s I had a Hemi Orange '71 R/T with a white top.

This is what I want to build... to try and recapture those wonderful
memories!

lol that's a lot of fun man!
great stuff!
can i see my car as she came originally with a tan top stripe delete the black int..
and in T-3 bronze?..

please?..

Bandit72

idk how well this would turn out, but i would like to see this car done up like the 2nd daytona earlier, primer grey with a flat black front clip...and police rims w/ dog dish hubcaps if possible...

Thanks Ryan Olson

ds440

Alright Brock - here you go. ;)

I saw the "tan vinyl top" thread in the Paint/Body section.  I used the sample color that Lord Warlock (I believe) posted over there - which looked a lot more brown than I would have expected.  I've never seen a tan top on a Charger, so if this doesn't look right, let me know if it's lighter/darker/whatever.  T-3 can be tricky too, but I found a nice original image that I copied. :yesnod:

Hope this is what you were looking for, Bandit72.

You didn't say if you wanted the side markers and emblems, so I left them on there.

Lord HAve Mercy!! Is That My Car!?  :-\
i dunno..

ds440

Yup....somebody really liked brown. :-\

Although I will say this - that is one of the most unique combinations I've ever seen.  On a R/T SE no less!

I always thought that a "tan top" was actually tan.  Silly me.  Here's what a lighter tan would look like....

looks a bit better for sure,..
maybe a pic of Neal Js' ride with the top would be better... ?!
would a white interior help ya; think?.

White interior?  Mmmm...I dunno.  My two cents: if you're going to take it back to original, then make it completely stock looking (maybe some Mag500s)....solely b/c this is such an odd combination.  So if the interior was black, I'd leave it black.

The color you have on there now is already awesome. :yesnod:  So if you were unsure about the original look, well, now you know what it will look like.

well maybe you can see why i prefer the Blue...

thanks one whole heck of a lot, awsome work!  :yesnod:

No offense to you or your photoshop skills, but that's a freakin' train wreck!  Don't anyone ever build that combination. :icon_smile_dead:

Ponch ®

my humble request..

-dark Gun metal gray
-blacked out hood (six pack style, if possible)
-black nascar type wheels, with white or yellow letters
-black bumblebee stripe
