Hope this helps.

I really don't like it. It looks like somebody got a hold of a nice car and started sticking on stuff from Pep Boys. To me it's another case of "why ruin a good thing"?

If you have no vision or creative spirit, you can always fall back on the way the factory did it.

Hard to match the B-5 with that pic.  Looks like it was scanned from a magazine.(?)  Also, I used the T/A stripe from the S/S model, not the original T/A

Anthony, you've been in Cali too long, get out of there before you put hydraulics on it too.
Just kidding of course, sounds like you got a hankering do do some neat stuff to the car.
I almost bought a 54 Chevy with hydraulics last year but the car was too far gone.  I was gonna put some dingle balls and a Cha-hua hua dog with the bobbing head in the back.  My mother would have been proud that I was trying to keep some of my Tex Mex heritage alive. :2thumbs:

Ok, i'll shut up now.

I do want pictures if you do put hydraulics on. :D

Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

i am trying to make an SRT8 CLONE on my 68

I've been tossing this idea around and I was wondering if you could take a Daytona and make it a full blown drag car. Big blower sticking out of the hood, the NASCAR style nose spoiler, big slicks on it, aluma star rims, parachute, wheelie bar. Thanks in advance.

chargerman68,

I think some of the problem might be that the image you provided really isn't the best angle.  So I took a rendering of a previous car I did and adapted it to look like yours.

Hopefully this will be more helpful.

If you can provide me with a couple of images of drag cars and a Daytona from similiar angles, I'd be more than happy to help you out.  Also, what color?  What stripe?
