How do you remove it? I did a search and couldn't find anything.  Mines all jacked up and I want to try to restore it just for kicks.

Mike, you have to pull out the whole plastic grille in order to get the annodized trim pieces off.

Yea, pretty crappy design if you ask me.  But it really is a killer look.
