Dash paint

I'm in the process of restoring the dash on the wife's Signet ragtop.

I've for the dash pad off and am putting on a Dashtop cover on it.

My question is about the paint used on the dash in front of the dash pad.

The dash is red but this section is supposed to be a satin or flat red rather than glossy. Is this stuff available from anyone in an aerosole or do you need to flaten the red used on the rest of the interior to get that satin finish?

Attached is the chart for SEM brand spray paint.A few different shades of red are available,at the top of page is the product number for satin top coat. Hope this helps.

Good call on the SEM.  I used it as well.  Also to get that suede, or satin finsh, I sprayed from about 2 ft away (after a few standard color coats) and it turned out fine.
