I just hooked up my scanner, thought I'd share this one.  This was up at Viking Dragway in Gimli, Manitoba, around 1990 I think.  The nose was molded in, but it looked to be in really nice shape.  I'm pretty sure it was a 440 4bbl.  Running in trophy class, dial-in was 14.50.  Anyone recognize it?

And when I first saw it.

Seems like that one must have a few stories to tell.  Restoration looks to have turned out pretty nice too.

Nice job on the restoration!  Was that you at the dragstrip?  I'd love to hear the story about how you found it, and what the history was.

This was me that day, in my '70 Road Runner.

Below is that car today, although I'm not reponsible for the restoration - I sold it a few years ago.
