...NOTE: The crank has threaded bolt holes (normally this is a bolt-thru set up on a stock HEMI old school crank ) ! The Summers Bros. Adjustable pushrods are all part of the “dial-in” of the timing/valving systems. We are BUILDING and engine…not just Assembling one. This block is CUSTOM !!!

Gotta give the paint a day to harden up; then pull off all the tape and start on installing the center sump oil pump, center sump oil pan and gasket. Then it's on to installing the custom Aluminum Valley cover, new Chevy BB water pump and Timing chain cover from HotHeads, then install the Intake Manifold, dual carbs, Progressive linkage, Malory Dist, SS fasteners, Sparkpug tubes n Coil and SP clamps, Oil filter adapter kit from Wilcap. Then it's time to get her ready for the run stand!

Ritualistic Blessings of Holy OIL were bestowed upon the Orange Elephant skull today by Fr. Jimmy "HEMI" Majors. He also was amazed by the paint job ! Also shown is the "scoop" custom painted along with the Valley Cover from Hot Heads ! The Internal Valley Pan baffle had to be cut/rewelded fo fit under the new Valley cover, which goes over the top of it. The Weiand Intake goes over these.
