Fred

Got plenty of them in our backyard (backs onto a forest). They look a little different here though.

Tomorrow is promised to no one.......drive your Charger today.

oldcarnut

That was a young-in I think.  Last one was big and nasty looking hissing and baring some teeth.  That side leads to the woods at my house

Fred

When we first bought our place 30 odd years ago, the old house had a flat tin roof and at night after we'd gone to bed you could hear them using the roof like a freeway to get from one tree to the next.  60 mph   And yes, they're good little snarlers. We have ring tails (small) and brush tails (big). And boy do they love the maple leaves and magnolia flower buds. Cheeky buggars!!

Bob T

Where is that Tilar?, was it from the Hawaii trip
Old Dog, Old Tricks.

Tilar

Yeah Bob, The first pic is the island of Oahu. Diamond Head crater is in the bottom middle, then going up to the left around the coast is Waikiki beach where we stayed till we got on the cruise ship. The second pic is on Maui, the road to Hana. 59 one way bridges, 600+ curves and takes 6 hours to drive the 52 mile trip and back. Beautiful scenery including the 7 sacred pools which is 7 water falls going into pools, starting from the top of the volcano and ending up in the ocean. I have a pic of that somewhere too.

But I gotta add, the drive to Hana sucked. The 7 sacred pools is probably 8 miles beyond Hana.

Wow, Cool pic Fred. What's that old saying "Red in the morning, sailors take warning" ?

Even with being stuck up on that barrier wall like that, he had his axles locked in trying to pull it on around.

As a former squid, I was thinking the same thing:

Red sky at night, sailors delight

Red sky in the morning, sailors fair warning. :o
FLY NAVY/Marine Corps or take the bus!

mauve66

jack-knifed, trailer swung sideways up against the wall, probably only had product in the rear of the trailer (which is a no-no but sometimes you get stuck while unloading and your left with it) making it more prone jack-knife

No jacknife there, he intentionally tried to turn around on that bridge. You can see the marks near the back of the trailer where he had the wheels turned sharp on the tractor turning it, plus he admitted that he had missed his turn and was turning around. Bad thing is there are plenty of places he could have turned around just beyond the bridge.
