Thanks, it was a nice trip... I stopped by there with the family on our way to the Eastern Carribean last year. I could have spent all day at the fort... great place to take pictures. Only had one day however, so time was limited, and you know I had to hit the Barrachina sooner or later.

My daughter took at least 100 shots there... I had to drag her out of there.

There's an atmosphere, a connection even and a serenity you don't get with modern buildings. I could quite happily have those pics hanging on my walls.
Maybe you could post some of her pics up. I'd love to see more.

Between the four of us, we did get a lot of decent shots. I took all of my shots that day with my little pocket Pentax Optio S which I keep in an Altoids Tin in my pocket. It's a tiny bastard, and it's quite old, but it still takes a good picture.    

It beats lugging the K30 around all day when it's hot outside, and it's still good enough for the occasional 8 X 10 vacation shot.
