no power at the fusebox

I have power from the battery to the starter relay on the firewall and from there through the fuseable link to the connection of the fusebox at the firewall. When I go to the inside I have no power at the fusebox anywhere. I had the entire wiring out of the car and am replacing it as it was. I haven't finished installing eveything under the dash just the steering column couplers are hooked up. I've tried to jump power diectly to the spade on the back of the fusebox where the fuseable link connects to eliminate the possibility of a bad connection at the plug in. Maybe the starter relay went bad? I don't understand what all goes on within it. Engine and chassis are grounded. Any ideas?

Thanks.

here you hace the route of power to the main net of function up to fuse box... check first on back of cluster to amm stud for loosen nuts.

Starter relay stud has nothing on that, is just a splice point. you must be sure that is tight.

Thanks Nacho. That was just what I needed. I didn't have the dash installed yet therefore no power through the amp meter...  I still can't turn it over with the key but I do have juice to the ignition now.
