Does anyone know if the light and wiper switches from a standard 73 Charger dash will work on a Rallye dash?

Only all 71/74 ligth switches are the same between Rallye and standart

Wiper switches are all different between rallye and standart

71 Rallye and 71 Standart wiper switches are only year production. Wires are the same but plugs are different from laters
