I just had it media blasted, so before I have it powder coated, should I spray it with primer or not? also, does anyone make the rubber ring that does around the inside of the cover? If not, any suggestions to replacing it?

not sure on the rubber.

:iagree: You can buy the rubber at any hardwear store. It's the same seal used for weather striping for door screens. It comes in differant sizes. I believe 1/4 inch will work for you. I have used it many times.

The rubber ring use to be available at the dealer. I think the part number is 4071703. I think you need to order two to do any of the larder air cleaners.
