I am trying to understand the fender tag codes on a 1972 Dodge Charger built in the Lynch rd plant. The top line on the tag is:

01151 20449 838 139

I know the first two numbers don't really tell me anything important, but the last two are the engine and rear axle codes. Can anything tell me what the codes mean?
