Hi,how do the little plastic pieces for the headlight adjustment come out? It looks like I should be able to pinch them and they should come out,no luck though. I am redoing my grille and may need the big sheetmetal frame that these are in anyway. If anyone has one that's in good condition ,let me know.Thanks,Poppa....

They technically come apart, but good luck getting them apart without breaking them. The upper half fits into the lower half. For mine, I just broke them off and put the new ones in and called it done.

I figured it out. You have to spread the sides ,pull the plastic piece out as far as it will go and then pinch the sides together.Hope this helps someone in the future......
