are they for real... Variable wipers do exist for 72/73 B bodies ?

I don't have an "old" one to my car since my car is 2 speeds and I'm trying to upgrade to variable setup, I have a 71 that did came on a cluster I won on ebay long time ago what is different prongs/plug setup and size from 72/74s on all versions.

There is not a just ON/OFF wiper switch.

There are as far I know 6 kinds of wiper switches for B bodies on every year ( except 74 when variable wasn't available and were 4 kinds ).


2 speeds Rallye cluster--------------3 positions ( two clicks ): Off, Low and High
2 speeds standart cluster-----------same setup, just longer
3 Speeds Rallye cluster--------------4 positions ( three clicks ): Off, low, mid and high... this the one you sent me
3 speeds Standart cluster-----------same setup, but longer
Variable speed Rallye cluster---------"2 positions" ( one click ): Off, Low and the FADE UP to higher speed contnuous control without clicks in the midle, like a Volume Knob..... THIS IS THE ONE I SEARCH
Variable speed Standart cluster------Same as above just longer
These are the kind of switches I have knoledgement...please correct me if I'm wrong on something, but I'm based on a pair of switches I have from 71 where I have for variable speed: PN 3488043 and for two speed 3488047. Both are casting number. I know there are also 3 speeds for 71

Lets try to work on this together. I can keep this switch thought, as far I can get the one I wish on a reasonable price. I could get the switch you sent me on $20 on another places

Since you sent me an used switch, just a question... Do you have wiper links for E-B bodies ? I'm searching for PN 3431647 wiper link. Maybe coming from the car did came this switch.
