Black 440 6pk 4sp Superbird, is this one old new?

I don't know if this car has been posted here before, I have seen this car here in the Seattle area
a few times. He lives in Alaska, it is an original 440 4sp 6pk car, he has done something to the
hood I have never seen before, kind of interesting, air grabber, its his car. I took
pictures of it, but can't seem to find them      the interior is a little custom as well
but not much, I just happen to see it on youtube, and thought you guys might get a kick out of it.

Tom lives here in Ketchikan actually, about 400 miles or so from Juneau.
