hazard switch question?

I'm installing aftermarket switches and gauges in my dash and have ran into a snag.
The hazard switch has a 12v feed terminal and three load terminals, all four terminals have to be open when switch is in the off position or else the turn signals and brake lights act goofy.
So, what is a switch like that called? I'm thinking its a 3PST switch but I'm not sure, I need to know what its called so I can go looking for one.
