Do these share a common ground or power source? I've had them both go out at the same time, several times lately. Usually seems like its when I start the car in the morning. A couple blocks from home, everything seems to work right. I went over the color diagrams here on the forum but I can't seem to find anything that ties these two systems together. Am I missing something? Thanks!

wiper is directly grounded on motor.

Radio and turning shares same fuse, same as back up lamps... fuse 8

wires trace is:

-from fuse splices with white wire to tranny harness fro back up lamp, and red wire up to radio plug

-from radio plug splices a blck wire to feed turning signal flasher

Wiper is feeded without fuse, from accesories wire what feeds the accesories bussbar on fuse block

do you have some more acc device fail ? You could have loosen ign switch plug, or damaged switch itself

Thanks for the ideas. Next time it happens I'll try jiggling the switch and see if that helps. If not, I'll go crawling around the fuse box. Also, previous owner removed the tranny harness, so there could be something there. I'll have to figure out where he bypassed the wiring. Thanks again!
