Get strange message when I try to post: "You have already sumbitted your reply"

I've got this message 3 times today,"You have already sumbitted your reply - maybe you accidentally hit the sumbit button twice" or something to that effect. And after I get the error message it won't let me reply unless I go back into the forum and start all over again...and even then I sometimes still get the same message. Is this a software or a board glitch? Anyone else experience this?

I get it sometimes.  Don't know why.  I just hit the back button and then preview and then send and then it seeems to work.
